If you've landed here, chances are you have just found out that your husband or wife has been having an affair, and are looking for help and answers.

Or maybe you are a having an affair or are involved with a married person. 

It's for people like you that I made this blog.

I've been in the unenviable position of being the betrayed spouse, and I understand the hurt, confusion and sense of loss that comes after finding out your spouse has been unfaithful.

We were married about 12 years, had three kids, and things seemed to be going along well. If you had asked me, I would have said that never in a million years did I think my husband would have an affair. 

I was wrong.

It was one of the most painful times in my life, and there were days when I didn't know if I'd make it through, but I did.

I'm here to say that you can get through it, things do get better and there will come a day when you can smile again.

After a lot of hard work, we were able to reconcile and things are so much better. That was 5 years ago.

While reconciling is what was best for us, was is bet for you may be very different. Just keep in mind that whatever path you take, though it may be rough going at times, you will come out the other side and find happiness sin your life again.

As for the spouse who is having an affair or the other man/woman, I won't address you here, except to ask that you read the forum posts and really ask yourself if your affair is worth causing all that pain to someone else.
