just an ordinary day…NOT!
I’m back again…
We found our house, made an offer and it was accepted! We will be moving soon into our first home that we actually own and don’t just rent from the army…it’s fun but also really nerve wracking…
This past Sunday marked the fourth”anniversary” ( someone called it an “anti-versary”) of the day my husband left to go and stay with his other woman. It was a horrible time, and even though we reconciled, each year it was a very painful day…
Not this year.
This year, we took our kids and met up with some friends to have a fun day enjoying the water and sunshine. We wound things up by going for ice cream. All in all, it was a really perfect ..
To most, it was a simple day…nothing special….but to me it was. A really great day and it meant so much… the only time that his affair even entered my mind was in a fleeting way where I realized just how far we’ve come…
If you are reconciling…you can get there too. Don’t force things…it will happen when it happens.
If you chose to go your separate ways, again, don’t force things. There will a day when you too will find yourself thinking about just how far you’ve come…
As a betrayed spouse, you have been tested and have shown great inner strength, character, perseverance and determination. You will find happiness in your life again.
